My RTX 2060 has always had its fans spinning even when at idle, but just after I installed a Kraken Z73 for my CPU, the fans on my graphics card stopped spinning after boot.... It's as if the GPU lost its fan curve altogether. I have no clue why installing a CPU cooler would cause this, and it's defiantly not power related as I have a 750W PSU.
